Adjustable Gantry Crane

LX model single beam suspension motor crane and CD1, MD1 model electric hoist are used together as a complete set. It is a light duty track traveling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery assembling sites and warehouses. This product adopts ground controlling and works at a temperature of -25°C to 40°C. It is prohibited to be used at combustible, explosive or corrosive enviroment.

LH model electric Hoist Overhead Crane has such features as tight dimensions, low building headroom, light dead weight and light wheel load. They are applicable to the transfer, assemply, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double-grider overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, light and medium. The working ambient termperature is generally -25°C ~ 40°C. It is forbidden to work in enviroment with combustible, explosive or corrosive media.

Two operating method, namely, on floor and in the drivers cabin, have been designed for such kind of crane. The cabin is divided into open-style and closed style. The cabin can be installed on the left or right according to actual conditions. The operator can enter the cabin from one side, rear or top, which depends on the different user's

In workshops where part utilization of shop bay is required (as in a tool room attached to a press shop), a Semi-Goliath/Gantry Crane is used. In such a configuration one end-carriage of the crane will travel on the regular gantry rail while the opposite end-carriage will travel on a rail mounted typically on the ground or at a lower elevation.
